Compassionate Community Development in Houston

At Joy and Peace Community Development Corporation, based in Houston, I am dedicated to transforming lives through a faith-centered approach. My ministries include Prison Ministry, Elliott Kitchen, Clergy One Stop Shop, and Women's Ministry, each designed to meet the spiritual and practical needs of the community. From offering prophetic clergy towels, prayer shawls, and Bible study teachings, to providing food assistance and clothing, I stand firm on the belief that everyone deserves dignity, love, and hope.

I extend my hand to ex-offenders, probationers, parolees, battered women, and abused children, ensuring that no one feels forgotten. With services ranging from spiritual counseling to help obtaining social security, ID cards, and even work-source support, I strive to meet people exactly where they are. Every Sunday, I cook meals for the less fortunate, distribute clothes, reading materials, and care packages, always adding a little extra love into everything I do.
